Business Coaching

What is Business Coaching?

Business coaching is a powerful and effective development tool which helps you to gain control of all areas of your business.

Business Coaching bridges the gap between where your business is now and where you want your business to be in the future.  Working with me as your business coach, I can help you and your business perform at a level that you wouldn’t necessarily be able to do on your own.

Our sessions together will enable you to spend time working on your business rather than in your business.  It is a space which allows for new ways of thinking and creates options and possibilities that will help your business succeed.

Business Coaching also gives you the space to work out what is important to you and supports your personal growth.  As nobody can completely separate their personal life from their professional life, coaching will inevitably dip into life coaching.

As your business coach, my role is to ask the right questions and use the right techniques that will enable you to make the right decisions and take the action that is right for you and your business.

With over 10 years’ experience supporting women to start up and grow businesses, I also provide an element of mentoring and practical information, advice and guidance to ensure you and your business has every chance of success. In fact, I won the Northern Power Women ‘Mentor of the Year 2017’ award.

Whether you are a women business owner and work for yourself, in a career transition and thinking of making a leap from the corporate world into the world of self-employment, then business coaching is the right next step.

How often do we meet and for how long?

Business Coaching is delivered as a six-month programme, including:

1 x 90 minute discovery coaching session

This session is for designing the working partnership, clarifying roles and responsibilities, establishing objectives set by you and beginning the coaching progress.

5 x 90 minute face-to-face coaching sessions

I like to think of my coaching sessions as one part of an exciting journey in which you are fully supported. So if you would like to share anything with me in between our sessions or you need a sounding board you can contact me by email at any time during our six-month partnership.
