Returnships Coaching

What is a returnship?

A returnship is a new initiative which helps women in business return to work after a prolonged career break, such as maternity leave. They are “internships” for women, usually those in their mid-twenties and onwards, who already have the talent and experience necessary for a role.

My 1-1 returnship coaching programme helps women in business to get back up to speed with their workload and monitors and supports their career progression.  I help women to build both their professional and personal confidence, balance their work and family lives and achieve their personal goals.

There are many reasons why women may have taken a career break or been away from the business world, not just to look after children. A six-month coaching programme can provide a safe, non-judgemental space to support an individual from pre-start return through the first few months to ensure their return to work is less daunting

How often do we meet and for how long?

Returnships Coaching is delivered as a six-month programme, including:

1 x 90 minute discovery coaching session

This session is for designing the working partnership, clarifying roles and responsibilities, establishing objectives set by you and beginning the coaching progress.

5 x 90 minute face-to-face coaching sessions
