I’m a tiny bit nervous but also very excited to be starting my own webinar series.

In Formula One, navigating the pit stop can be the difference between winning or losing the race. It is the place where the driver can pause and refuel while the crew change the tyres and make some mechanical adjustments so the driver can finish the face in the highest position possible. My webinar series, The Manager’s Pit Stop, follows the same philosophy. It’s a place for you to pause, refresh and get some new tools that will help you to make changes and perform at your best.

It is aimed at those with responsibilities for managing people but is open to anyone who might be feeling overwhelmed, isolated, disconnected, low on motivation and confidence, or anyone who is struggling to stay focussed and balance their work and life boundaries.

Even for the most motivated of us at times this year it has been a real challenge to get going so the topic of my first webinar is ‘how to feel a little more motivated’ and I’ll be sharing 10 practical takeaways that you can start using straight away.

It’s at 11am on Tuesday 3 November for one hour. If it sounds like it could be useful to you, you can register here https://www.denisechilton.co.uk/how-to-feel-a-little-more-motivated-webinar/ and I will send you the Zoom link.
