Liverpool-based Executive Coach, Denise Chilton, has accepted an invitation to join Chief’s exclusive network of coaches as a Chief Guide.

Chief is a private community focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders. The 20,000-strong network was launched in the US in 2019 and expanded into the UK this year.

Members can access insights from business leaders and cultural icons including Amal Clooney, Michelle Obama and Diane von Furstenberg, live and on-demand leadership workshops and a curated peer group facilitated by an executive coach.

Denise Chilton, who has more than 13 years of coaching experience and specialises in coaching women in leadership across the Liverpool City Region and beyond, is one of these coaches.

She said, “I have been aware of the work that Chief has been doing in the USA for some time now so when their New York office reached out and invited me to become a Chief Guide as part of their UK expansion it felt like a huge privilege.”

She continued, “Supporting women leaders in all aspects of their career development is an integral part of my work. Chief helps women progress into senior roles and then provides support to keep them there. I am delighted to be able to be doing my part in the women’s leadership space.”
