Last week I spent a lovely sunny morning at Avenue HQ at St Pauls Square in Liverpool delivering a team development session with the fabulous Lindsey Moore and her team at Agnes Marketing  Georgia and Anthea.

At the heart of the session was the intention to understand more about themselves and how they work as a team especially when servicing their clients.

I invited them into the world of Clarity 4D.

Clarity 4D Profile is one of my favourite self-assessment profiling tools. I use it in my coaching practice. People love it and so do I.

The profile focus is on communication preferences and behaviour, so it not only helps people reflect on how they like to communicate but also how they like to be communicated with. Great for individuals and teams alike. It can also help you understand more about the communication preferences of your clients.

I like it for its simplicity. “How does it know all this?” is often the first reaction until I remind people that it knows because they answered the questions.

Some short activities, lots of conversations and reflections were all washed down with cake and coffee. What’s not to like? Here they are in action capturing for themselves what works well about working in this small and perfectly formed team.

Thank you for the opportunity to spend time with you all and so glad you found our time together so beneficial and inspiring.

If you’re interested in a Clarity 4D profile for you and your team to help with communication and teamwork, let me know.
