This year, the word (or actually three words) I would choose to summarise 2022 has to be “big life changes”. More than any other year, this one has seen some big personal changes not just for clients but also many of those who are close to me.
We all know that investing in marketing as a business owner is key if you want customers. No matter how much we might dread “getting out there” we don’t want to be a best-kept secret.
The only guarantee when we step up into a bigger role, grow a business or try something new is that not everything is going to go swimmingly. Failure is never comfortable but if we embrace it instead of pushing it away, it will have a much smaller hold on us and the lives we want to live.
